Can Yakima OverNOut 180 Awning Y45QD Work With Round Crossbars?

Are there adapters to mount to older Yakima Round Cross bars?

Hello Christopher, thanks for reaching out. The Yakima OverNOut 180 Awning # Y45QD requires crossbars with top channels. There is not an adapter that allows it to work with round crossbars. Your best bet would be to get rid of the old Yakima bars and get a new roof rack with top channel crossbars.
Your vehicle is a 2020 Toyota RAV4, correct? Do you have the factory flush or raised rails on the roof? Or is it a naked roof? Let me know and I am happy to recommend a roof rack that will work with the OverNOut Awning.
