Will this cover work with a crossover toolbox?

Hi Jilliane!
If you mean the tool box sits on top of your bed rails, then the etrailer Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll-Up - Vinyl and Aluminum # e56RV will not fit, unfortunately. We do have a few other options that will fit, however, and I have all three of them listed below:
Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover - 19" - 21" truck-bed toolbox # A73FR
Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover - Toolbox Edition - Folding - Vinyl - 18" - 20" standard toolbox # EX93457
Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Cover - Toolbox Edition - Folding - Polypropylene - 18" - 20" standard toolbox # EX84457
Any of these would be a good option, but I will admit to being preferable to the Access roll-up cover. I just think they make more sense when used in conjunction with a toolbox than a folding cover does. And Access tests their covers pretty hard. I included a couple images of what they do to them up in North Dakota for testing, which is also where they are made.
