Hi Brian!
The etrailer Over-The-Cab Truck Ladder Rack - Steel - 1,000 lbs # e78FV will fit a 2023 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 (short bed or long bed for all of them), but it cannot be used if you have the RamBox. It's very versatile. I included a video we did for an install of this rack on a 2025 Ram 1500 for you to check out as well.
