Hello Dennis, thanks for reaching out. As far as custom fit hoop steps, I'm afraid we don't have anything specifically for a 1970 F-250. That said, it may still be possible to use one of the Carr Hoop Steps like part # CARR103991-1. They are designed to mount to the rocker panel, but I have heard of people getting creative with these and mounting them in different places. Your best bet will be to take a look under the cab and see if you have a good mount location free of any obstructions. The instructions show a few good examples of different mounting styles so you could look thru those and see which one best matches your vehicle. I have provided a link to those instructions below.
Looking at pictures of 1970 F-250s online I did see a few trucks that had similar hoop steps installed so I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to come up with a way to mount one. The multi-fit bracket gives you a good mount of flexibility.
If you decide to give it a try, I would definitely be interested to hear how it goes!
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Hey Dennis, how did things go with the Carr Hoop Steps on your F-250? Were you able to find a good mounting spot under the cab? Your update could make it easier for the next person working on a similar truck.
