How Much Space Does Pace Edwards Switchblade Cover Take Up In The Bed?

Question:
what is the measurement of the unit when it is completely open? This would be from the inside of the front of the box to the end of the cover when it is completely open. I am just wanting to determine how much open space there is in the bed when the cover is open.

Hello Joe, thanks for reaching out. So the Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE29UV retracts into the canister when completely open. What I can tell you is the canister is 9-3/4" deep so basically if you subtract 9-3/4" from the overall length of the bed you will get the measurement you are looking for. Based on my math, with the 5-1/2' bed this measurement would be about 56.25".
