Unfortunately, the # 311-SWC95A17 does not fit your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. However, we do have the same model that does fit: the # PE63CV (for 6-3/4 foot beds) and # PE87CV (for 8 foot beds).

As far as locking, the Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE63CV and # PE87CV does not have a locking mechanism in the traditional sense. However, the cover cannot open without having access to the pinch grips and pull strap. The the pinch grip and pull straps are inaccessible when the cover is closed and your tailgate is locked on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. When this happens, no one can open the cover.

However, if you are looking for an actual locking mechanism with keyed locks, I recommend the Pace Edwards JackRabbit # PE76CV (6-3/4 foot beds) and # PE54UV (8 foot beds). Pace Edwards has two confirmed fitting Switchblade covers for your 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 DRW 8' bed; part #PE87CV, which is an aluminum and vinyl mix and part #PE77CV, which is just aluminum.
