Hey Bob, it sounds like you are looking for a lock set for the B and W Tow N Stow ball mount which we have with the part # IR29FR. Is that what you are looking for? This comes with 4 pins actually as three are for the ball mount platform and the fourth is for the hitch pin of the ball mount.
