Hey John, when you look at the leaf springs of your trailer with the boat loaded on it are they sitting flat and worn out looking or do they still have an upward bow to them? If they are flat then it's time for new springs. To pick out springs we would need to know the axle capacity of your trailer and the length of the springs. I believe we know the capacity at 2.2k but you didn't mention the length.

The springs look as new with much upward bow. I took pics of the springs and the trailer spec's, not certain how to attach. There are three leafs on each. Where I live have to travel a little over mile on gravel roads before reaching pavement. As per trailer specs 50psi for tires I've been at 40psi. Usually after an outing I have to tighten up several bolts, and other miscellaneous items. Ive also been in the boat while removing from the ramp and it rough. Karavan model hc-2200-70-16 gvwr/pnbv = 2660 gawr/pnbe = 2660 16 foot boat trailer.
