Hello Doug, thanks for reaching out. Our best option for that B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500. This is a universal option that can work on virtually any flatbed. It has a 30,000 lb capacity. This will require welding and possibly some fabrication for installation. You can install it flush or recessed and the ball will store upside down in the hitch when not in use.
