Hey Danna, I attached a picture that has a diagram of how the plastic gear kit part # BVD0121-00 installs relative to the rest of the components. Let me know if that explains it well enough.

Yes, My motor is fine. There was an "off set" thingy and once I took everything apart, I put it back together and forgot to secure the front part of that... not it is working fine but the black gear needs to be replaced. Is there an option to replace that without buying the whole motor?

@Danna If all you need is the black gear we have that with part # BVD0121-00. BVD0121-00

@JamesonC Great! Does it just pop/screw off? And screw back on? Then, do I remove the whole off set bracket? Or leave one end on and one end off (which is what fixed the issues) ?? Is that common?
