Im looking for a stainless beauty cap for a 8-lug horse trailer, i did get a measurement of 116.38 outside diam. there are so many different sizes i just want to see which one you come up with. Thank you!

Just to clarify, are you looking for a center wheel cap like the Lionshead # LHCS109 or more like a hubcap like the Baby Moon # PX1309SS?
Also, is that 116.38 for inches, centimeters, or millimeters? (I'm assuming millimeters)

The center cap in question is like LHCS109. And yes the 116.38 is in millimeters
