That is a very good question, Jeremie!
I wasn't totally sure, so I asked DeeZee for confirmation. They are definitely similar, but I have the difference they said below:
DeeZee Transfer Tank # DZ91753 - can be hooked up directly to the OE fuel line
DeeZee Auxiliary Tank # DZ91753X - can be hooked up to a pump
Other than that, they are basically the exact same.
