Hey Scott. The best option for a contractor ladder rack and tonneau cover is the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Tonneau Cover w Contractor Rig Rack item # JEFA18A44-CR4008. This is designed specifically for the 2017 Ford F-350 with a 6-3/4' bed.
This all in one kit includes a ladder rack that extends over the cab of your F-350. It has a 1,200 lbs capacity and plenty of tie down points for your tools or supplies. It also includes four integrated tie-down winches.
The aluminum cover stops at 12" intervals so you can partially cover items in your bed or if you're hauling something taller. The cover also has built in locks to secure it when you close your tailgate.
