Question:
Why pick the M336FR 12V version over the 120V M396FR?

Expert Reply:
Kelsey, if your wall already has a 12V feed, the # M336FR keeps it simple. The # M396FR is meant for 110V circuits running from the RV's circuit breaker box or inverter, or even garages or barns. Mismatching power types can fry the fixture, so always match your wiring to the light.
Do you know if you have an open slot in your circuit box for 110v or a 12v circuit from your converter? That will help figure out which one is best for you.
The lights are identical aside from the type of power source they need.
