Hello Paul, thanks for reaching out. Your Dexter Trailer Brake Drum # 9-44-1 is designed to fit the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 8-288-3UC1. We do offer a disc brake kit that works with the # 8-288-3UC1 idler hubs. For that you can use the following:
- Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 11" Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - E-Coat - Leaf Spring - 10K Dexter and Lippert # K2R1058D11HD
Keep in mind you will also need to upgrade your actuator to one for Disc brakes. What actuator do you have now? What kind of trailer is it? Let me know.
