Looking For Replacement Drive Head For Solera Manual Crank Style Awning

Question:
Hello, We have a manual awning on our camper and the awning is a lippert components hybrid solera. We’ve recently had issues with the awning where the mechanism that rolls the awning keeps slipping to the point where we have to roll it by hand to get it closed. We took the plastic covering off and we think there is an issue with the part that connects to the crank, if that makes sense. I can send photos if needed. Do you all sell just that part or do you think it might be a different part causing the issue?

Hello Dylan, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are needing to replace the drive head on your Solera Awning. This is the part that contains the manual rolling mechanism. The Replacement Drive Head for Solera Manual Crank-Style Awnings # LC300031 works with the Solera manual crank awnings.
There is no way to add pictures on here, but if you want to email me pictures I am happy to take a look and confirm if this is the part you need. My email is [email protected]
