Is There a Standard for Valve Stem Flange Thickness for Trailer Wheel
Updated 09/12/2025 | Published 08/27/2025 >
Question:
Looking at your aluminum rims some have thicker flange for the valve stem, is there a standard that is followed? Is there a maximum that you experience requiring a specific valve stem like a TR416 or TR435 for example that are bolt on applications.

We don't have a standard dimension for the flange but I am curious where you are seeing differences in thicknesses on them like you mentioned. I'd imagine it's hard to judge the thickness of the flange from just the product pictures.
