I was Wondering if I can just buy the bar to put the reese steady flex on. Im unable to find anywhere

I'm not POSITIVE of what you mean by the bar to put the Steadi-Flex on, but my head's going towards the Shank # RP54998. Is this what you're needing? Just let me know if not, because I'm pretty certain we can find the solution regardless.

@ChrisR Hey Jennifer! I got your pictures - thank you! So the actual Reese lifting tool is no longer available by itself, but that doesn't mean you can't use one from another manufacturer. The Fastway # FA92-00-6000 will work just fine.
