Question:
I have the tst5o7 pass through sensors, the older style, when I take the sensor off and connect the portable compressor on no air comes through the other side, I cant see any blockages, I also tried replacing the valve core and still same thing, when I do have them installed they work fine and can check the pressure with a gauge, just can add air to my tires when there attached

Hey Robert. You've done most of the troubleshooting steps I would recommend already but have you tried using a different air compressor or attachment? Fingers crossed but this could be a simple fix.
The remaining solution I have, before recommending purchasing replacements, is to swap out the o-rings using the Replacement O-Rings for TST 507 Series TPMS Sensors for RVs item # TST84FR. If this doesn't work you'll need the Flow Through Tire Sensors for TST TPMS item # TST-507-FT-S2.
How many of your sensors have gone bad?
