Can Konig K Series Chains th02230k45 Be Used On 2022 Mercedes E450 All Terrain 17MM Lug Nuts?

Question:

I am interested in the Konig K-Summit K45 K-Summit X Konig th02230k45 My car is a 2022 Mercedes E450 All-Terrain 4 wheel drive with the driver manual indicating the chains should be installed on the rear wheels: 275/35 R20 rear 245/40 R20 front My wheels have 17mm wheel nuts. Your website indicates the K45 has a 19mm and 21-22mm wheel nut adaptor. Is there a way to get the 17mm lug adapter? Ive also noticed some websites mention a new U-Adapt fixing system is included in the K45 that can adapt to 17-24mm wheel nuts Ive also read this may not fit in the nut recess of certain wheels, which might be an issue in my case. Do you know what is included in the K45 you are selling? Thanks, mike

Hey there Michael, I just checked with Konig and they actually updated the kit to have a universal adapter that also works with 17mm lug nuts. We just haven't updated our site yet, but I did just send in an update to get that changed for you and future viewers. So yes, the Konig K-Summit Tire Chains # th02230k45 will work just fine on your 2022 E450 all terrain with 175/35/20 tires on the rear.

I've used this exact chain setup before, and it was definitely one of the easier installations! You'll love it.
