Will it kill sewer gnats and their larvae?

Hi Rick; the Pure Power Blue Treatment for RV Holding Tanks # V23128 is designed to break down waste and eliminate odors. It is not specifically designed to kill gnats. I suppose it is possible it will but it is not the purpose of this product and it hasn't been tested for it. I would try some of the basic home remedies out there, you can look them up online, or traps to take care of your gnat problem.
