Hello Jeff, thanks for reaching out. I do have an option for you. The vent lid in your picture looks pretty old so we do not have a direct replacement for this, but what you can use is the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid for RV and Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-335001. This has a universal hinge that fits virtually any standard 14x14 vent. It looks like the lift arm will attach in the same way as the current lid.
We also have this lid available in black # MA00-335002 if you prefer that.
