Is there a 5th wheel hitch for the 2019 K3500 with a 6.5 foot bed that does NOT require the adapter. The adapter makes it sit up a couple inches high.

Yes, there is Jackie. If your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 has the factory puck system in it, you can use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3705 for fixed or item # BWRVK3770 for a slider. These hitches mount directly to the factory puck system and do not increase the hitch height.
The fixed B&W Companion item # BWRVK3705 has a hitch height of 16-3/4" - 18-3/4" when installed.
The sliding B&W Companion item # BWRVK3770 has a hitch height of 17" - 19" when installed.
