Does The Curt Trailer Hitch C11389 Fit The 2020 Lexus IS 300h UK Model?

Hello Isn, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11389 will for the 2020 Lexus IS 300h, but this is specifically designed for North American market vehicles. The UK model SHOULD be the same as far as hitch fitment, but this is not something we have ever tested since we do not ever see UK model vehicles here.
I have included a link to the manufacturer instructions for you. I suggest you compare the underside of your Lexus to the diagrams in the instructions. As long as there are no obstructions where the hitch would install, and all the bolt holes are present, the hitch should fit just fine. I know this isn't the most helpful thing ever but we are pretty far from the UK so there would be no way for me to know for certain if the hitch will fit the same as the USA model.
