Hi Jerry!

I have not heard of the fuse holder being tight enough to break a fuse before, so I wonder if there is some kind of corrosion build up causing that to happen. Or maybe the fuse got brittle over time. Either way, you could replace it with something like the Curt 15 Amp Wiring Kit # C55152, or really any fuse holder that can take a 15amp automotive style fuse.

As to the pairing issue, you cannot have more than one remote paired to an Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System (like the # AL25980) at a time. You would need to remove the battery from the old controller to get the new controller to pair.

Why are you replacing the old controller? Or were you hoping to have two separate controllers for the same system?

Hi Jerry, Did replacing the fuse holder with something like the Curt 15 Amp Wiring Kit help with the tightness issue? Also, were you able to successfully connect the new wireless controller after removing the battery from the old one? I'm asking because your experience could help others facing similar challenges.
