Looking For New Outside Light And Door Latch For 2015 Leprechaun 23QB
Updated 08/04/2025 | Published 07/30/2025 >
Question:
I have a 2015 Leprechaun 23QB . I have to replace the outside light, and also the door handle will not close with an easy tap. It is a two handed proposition. I want to confirm that the light you offer for my rig will fit. I’d also like your suggestions on whether or not you have the actual door mechanism or something that will fit the 23 QB. Thank you!

Hello Kate, thanks for reaching out. We may have a light that will work for you, but there is no way to look up your camper to know exactly what light or door handle you will need. RV manufacturers just are not that specific with their online literature.
For the light, the best way to find the correct replacement will be with the part number of the current light. Usually we can use that part number to find comparable replacements. If that fails, we simply visually compare the light to our stock and try to find something with identical dimensions.
For example, the LED Porch and Utility Light for RVs # DG52725VP is 6" long x 3-1/2" tall x 2" deep. The mounting holes are 2-3/8" apart on center. It has an on/off switch on the bottom. If your current light matches these specs, you can be sure it will work for you. If you need something different, just let me know.
The same will go for the door latch. We would just compare the overall size of the latch, and the size of the cutout on your door. Then see if we have anything to match. Also would need to confirm the door thickness.
If you want to gather that info then reply on this page I am happy to look into it.

Thank you so much! I may just have to rely on my RV shop to look it up and figure out all those details! It gets way into the weeds I guess :-) and ours has a connection to the indoor’s for turning on and off. Thanks again!
