Can I use this panel to charge two 6V batteries wired in series for 12V?

Darren, you’re in good shape. As long as your two 6V batteries are wired in series to form a 12V bank, the etrailer 100W portable panel # e28VV will work great.
The included PWM controller supports 12V systems and will safely charge your batteries without risk of overcharging. Just hook the red output cable to the positive post on one battery and the black output cable to the negative post on the other. Since your batteries are AGM, just use the lead acid setting.
