If I upgrade to the combo kit, can I use all 4 mounts at once? Just got a new to me 5x10 trailer really cheap so I don't mind spending some dough on a nice tie down kit :)

You can, but the CargoAnchor Tie Down # CB69GR combo kit only includes two CargoBuckle G3 straps # IMF18800, so you’ll need to add a second set of straps #IMF18800 to use all 4 mounts simultaneously.
It’s a great move if you want more flexibility or need to secure cargo from multiple angles. What do you plan to haul on your new 5' by 10' trailer? Congrats on the new trailer btw. :)
