I have a 2014 Dodge 3500 Dually with the OEM prep, in the center looks like a BandW connection but there is no handle to pull to release. Is there adaptor to install so I can use a companion, because a buddy of mine told me he had to have the bed lifted and the bracket removed to install the BandW brackets for the turn over ball?

Since you have the hitch prep package on your 2014 Ram 3500 all you would need to install a gooseneck hitch would be the Curt # C58CR.
For a B and W Companion Hitch that is designed to work with your hitch prep package you would want the B and W Hitch part # BWRVK3600.
