Hey Hudson! The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 you were looking at is just the hitch without any rails. This is the same as the B&W part number RVK3270. This will work with the industry standard rails in your 2006 Chevy Silverado.
Any big trips coming up with your 5th wheel?
