Question:
We live full-time in our 2022 Grand Design Solitude 375RES. I’ve got two 15,000 BTU Coleman Mach 15s, residential fridge, and a Victron inverter setup. Can the QD 6000 handle all that at once?

Hey Crystal, the QD 6000w onboard generator from Onan with the Cummins diesel # CM94RR is right at the top edge for dual AC use. With 6,000 running watts, it can handle both 15K BTU air conditioners if they’re soft-start equipped or staggered on startup.
Your fridge, microwave, and outlets are no problem with this power level. If you’re planning to run both ACs hard at the same time and fire up the convection oven, it’s worth looking at the Onan QD 8000 # CM44RR instead. But for most travel scenarios, including hot weather, the QD 6000 is an excellent match.
