Question:
We’ve got a 2011 Tiffin Allegro Red 36QSA diesel pusher with the original Onan that finally gave up. Will this CM94RR in or am I looking at a custom bracket situation?

Great news, Joe. The Onan 6k watt onboard generator with diesel cummins engine # CM94RR is a direct replacement for the Quiet Diesel 6000 that came factory-installed on many Tiffin Class A rigs from the 2010–2015 era. The model number for that original unit was typically 6.0HDKAP-1044 or a close variant in the HDKAP series.
The # CM94RR is Cummins' current part number for the direct replacement QD6000. Same footprint, same 3-cylinder diesel hookup, and it bolts in using your existing mount.
You’ll just need to reconnect your fuel, electrical, and exhaust lines. If your bay is clean and rust-free, install takes a few hours with basic tools. We’ve had several Tiffin owners do this swap with great results.
