Hey Kelli, yes the Curt Q24 fifth wheel hitch part # C16245 will work great with your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 but you would need to have a set of above mounted fifth wheel rails installed in your truck bed like the Curt part # C16429-204 which is a confirmed fit for your truck. Do you have a set of rails currently?
