Hey Rick,
It is not recommended to use a regular Pex cinch clamp on a Flair-It PEXLock valve fitting like # FL59ZR. The fittings are designed for use with their PEXLock clamps that are included. If you were to use a regular one on it, it could lead to possible leaks and an unreliable connection. I recommend sticking with the clamps included specifically for that valve fitting for the best connection.
What kind of trailer are you doing this work on?

It's for a Thor Class C. I'm rebuilding the fresh water system. I found the Eckert version of the valve with regular PEX fittings and used though, instead.
