Hey Karson,
The Curt Helux ,# C73RJ, is going to be a pin box that uses a coil-spring with a shock absorbing technology to provide its smooth and more comfortable ride. In comparison the Curt is going to allow for a smoother ride with less maintenance. The coil spring is maintenance free great for longevity. Pin boxes with airbags like # LC328492, sometimes require adjustments to the airbag pressure.
