Do Holes Need to be Drilled Into Valterra Fresh Water Tank for Fill Kit

Question:
I am looking to purchase Valterra R8030 and a Valterra fill kit. Do you need to drill a hole to install the 1 1/2 fill thread adapter? Do you have a smaller size adapter that would attach to a regular garden hose?

Hey Andrew, thanks for reaching out!
The drain plug on the Valterra RV Water Tank # R8030 is pre-existing, but to add any of the fill kits you will need to drill out one of the ports on the tank.
I'm not seeing anything that has a 1-1/2" thread, but if you can let me know what part you're looking at, just let me know and I'll be happy to see if it's compatible or not!
