Sorry Mike, the closest axle we have to that size is going to be 3" longer at a 57-1/2" hub face. It is the CE Smith Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs item # CE33201GA-HUB. Not sure about your fender set up but this axle may work, however it's going to stick out an extra 1-1/2" on either side.
The CE Smith Axle item # CE33201GA-HUB includes idler hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern. This is a square axle beam with a 1,800 lbs capacity.
For a 13" wheel tire combo, I recommend the Kenda Karrier KR53 ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Spoke Wheel item # KE45EV. This is a radial tire with a ply rating of 6 and a 1,350 lbs capacity. The wheel is 13" diameter x 4-1/2" wide and has a galvanized finish to protect it from rust.
As far as replacement springs go, I'll need you to measure from the center of the eye bolt to the end of the spring with the slipper.
If you could give me that measurement in the comment box below, I'd be happy to find you a replacement.
