Troubleshooting Everchill Refrigerator 324-000119 in My 2020 RV Won't Get Cold After Losing Power

Question:
I have the Everchill refrigerator in my 2020 rv. The last trip we took at a rv resort, a storm came along and we lost power for 3 hours, finally we regained power, after that I noticed my refrigerator was not cooling. I did the hard start and also messed with the buttons on the fridge, its still not cooling even though the fan and compressor are running. Any advice?

I am sorry to hear that your refrigerator # 324-000119 is not cooling after losing power. I reached out to Everchill and was able to get some troubleshooting from them, hopefully this helps fix the issue. I attached the troubleshooting pages. The pages did not load in the correct order, but I numbered them correctly.
