@ShawnB We ship to all 50 states and Canada. Do you know what slide out motor you need? If you could give me a part number off of yours, I can look and see if we have a replacement.

existing slide motor is Model 1-065-041-012 12 V DC 4A ROT:CW Speed 9000RPM Any help appreciated

@Shawn Thanks for the information! The replacement motor for your Model 1-065-041-012 is the Replacement 18:1 Tuson Motor for Lippert Through-Frame Slide-outs item # LC125802.
