Does The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Allow For Some Height Adjustment?

Question:
On a 6077 5th wheel hitch are the lower holes in the side brackets an adjust to lower the plate approx 3 inches if its too high? Also can the front holes be used on the brackets to move forward so I have my center of pin just forward of my axle center? 2017 f250 factory prep kit installed.

Hello Ben, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch 6077 does have additional sets of holes to allow for some height adjustment. You would not want to use these holes to create an offset though. The kingpin should be centered directly over the rear axle.
