Question:
Is this price for one tire and rim? or is for 4 tires and rims? Im not sure what 4 on 4 means. Thanks

Hey Rob, yes the Kenda 18x8.50-8 Bias Golf Cart Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM90002 is sold individually. It is a single wheel and tire so if you needed two of these you'd need to order a quantity of 2. 4 on 4 inch means the wheel bolt pattern. That means there are 4 bolt holes that are separated by 4 inches. This is a very common 4 lug bolt pattern but you'd still want to measure yours to be sure.
