Can the Optronics LED Strobe Light be Set to Stay on Without Flashing?

If you add power to both the blue and red wires on the Optronics LED Strobe Light # OPT78AB the light will stay on without flashing.

I have a follow-up to this. Can red & blue wires be wired to a turn signal circuit and still retain the strobe feature (which would be wired to a separate switch)? Thank you!

@DevenL I reached back out to my contact at Optronics, and here is their response: "The red wire is the strobe wire, so if it is connected to the turn signal circuit it cannot be connected to a separate switch. If the customer is asking if the light can be a strobe light and a turn signal, the answer would be no. Also, this light would not meet the FMVSS requirements of a turn signal." So it doesn't look like what you're wanting to do is possible with this light.
