Hello Kent, thanks for reaching out. The Yakima RuggedLine HD Mounting System # Y43DJ is designed for the metal tracks on a 4th gen Jeep Grand Cherokee, so this would not work on a RAV4.

You may be able to use a similar platform rack like the Yakima LockNLoad platform. Does your RAV4 have the factory flush mounted rails, or the factory raised rails on the roof? Let me know and I am happy to look into it and see what options we have.

I have the flushed mounted racks. I just also installed the roof cross bars. I'm trying to look for low profile roof rack to put stuff on top.

@KentL Gotcha. So there is a version of the Yakima LockNLoad platform that can attach to crossbars. Take a look at the following: - Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 55" Long x 49" Wide # Y05044-39 - Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 60" Long x 54" Wide # Y05045-39 - Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 76" Long x 54" Wide # Y45UV - Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 84" Long x 54" Wide # Y05048-39

@JesseM Thank you for the suggestion. Just want to ask to see if there is any Yakima Ruggedline HD that would work for the 2024 Rav4? I really like the look of it but if there is no options for it, its okay.

@KentL Sadly, Yakima does not offer a RuggedLine HD fit for the 2024 RAV4. The LockNLoad system is what they recommend.
