Yes, that is the correct part number Steve. We use our own part numbers for inventory purposes, which is why the hyperlinked ones are different than the manufacturers.
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F22ZR are confirmed to fit the 31E models of the 2014 Thor Chateau Motorhome. They have a 5,000 lbs capacity.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your set up. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
