Hey Joe! The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90195 you were looking at would be the best option. This is a proportional brake controller that automatically adjusts your trailer's braking based on the deceleration of your rig. It is compatible with electric or electric-over-hydraulic trailer brakes. The included harness is all you will need to get it installed.
What kind of trailer are you pulling?
