Can 2022 Kia Soul with Roadmaster Base Plate Kit be Flat Towed with Blue Ox Tow Bar

I am looking to purchase a 2022 Kia Soul Turbo car with adaptive cruise control. It has the standard fog lights mounted under the headlights and not in the grill. Can I substitute the BlueOx BX2729 Kia Soul w/ DCT (No Fog Lights) (Includes Adaptive Cruise Control & Turbo) for the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM82VR? I have a BX7445 Aventa LX BlueOx tow bar that I am currently using with a different tow car. I don't know if the BlueOx tow bar will work with the Roadmaster base plate kit.
