Hello John, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16448-204 is what I recommend for your 2010 Ford F350. This kit comes with brackets, rails and all necessary hardware.
If you already have a set of rails, and you just need the brackets and hardware you can use part # C16448 which comes with just brackets and hardware.
