How to Determine the Capacity of a Trailer Axle

Question:
I am looking for replacement axles for a Rance renegade trailer 101x20 with torsion axles. I am not sure of make and model.

Hey Tim, is there an axle tag anywhere on there? If not, then I'd suggest either taking your hubs apart and finding the bearing number and then let me know what that is, or you can measure your axle tube.
If decide to do the latter, then you'll just need to let me know what the diameter is. Attached is a a chart showing common axle diameters and capacities, as well as an FAQ for you to check out.
