Hey Dennis! The # DM8552006 are only designed for the 1999-2004 F-250 and F-350. Are you looking for base rails with custom brackets for your F-150? If that is the case, I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F150 # C16437-204. This includes the base rails along with the custom bracket kit.
