Im new to the 5th wheel thing, I was given a BandW Patriot that was mounted on rails. Is there an adapter that would allow me to use this hitch on my 2023 GMC turnover ball

Hey David, thanks for reaching out!
The only way to get your B&W Patriot to fit the B&W Turnoverball Kit # BWGNRK1020 on your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 is with the Demco Adapter # DM6140, and this will only work if your Patriot is a stationary one - the sliding Patriot won't work with it.
If you have something else, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to see if something else is needed!
